This is the very next and the most logical aspect indeed. Detailed discussions on your requirement are held either through personal meetings or via email, if distance is a hurdle. Important points are noted and various relevant issues viz. pricing, bottlenecks, and allied areas are mutually agreed. As is obvious, this is an important part in the whole work process and thus considered accordingly.
3. Agreement on Paper
Our mutual agreement gets listed. It is signed by both the parties viz. you and me with a copy at both ends. Needless to say, it is a document binding both of us, contractually.
4. Work Takes Off
It moves in full swing and the progress report reaches you in equal time intervals for your monitoring.
5. Final Approval
On assignment completion, your positive nod is all what required. Either you or your authorized representative scrutinizes finer aspects of the finished work till ultimate satisfaction level gets achieved. Mistakes, omissions if any, are rectified. All efforts get directed towards perfection and your smile.
6. Completion Certificate
Nothing big, just a piece of declaration from your end indicating that services have been fully rendered. You get the delivery while I receive the dues. You'll agree, it is Professionalism.
